Chef Amy is a culinary expert with over 15 years of experience. She honed her skills at Orange Coast College in Southern California, and now she's passing on her knowledge as an instructor. Chef Amy is dedicated to sustainable cooking practices and firmly believes that "Feeding people isn't the same as nourishing them."

This class is BYOB! Dietary requests cannot be accommodated for public events so please reference the dietary restrictions that are met by this class above. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check in.  

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.

Class was lots of fun and the sushi rolls were delicious. Chef Amy was great. Only one suggestion for the class. I think it would be better if Chef did one at a time with the class doing it at the same time. Rather than doing all three and hoping we will remember how she did them. However, it could just be me.

Chef Amy was super cool and sweet. Loved her sense of humor and she was very helpful. I think the venue could be better though. A kitchen would make the experience more enjoyable. And more variety of fish provided.
