There's nothing like making your own delicious pasta from scratch!
Pasta is a staple in Italian cuisine and has been since around 1154. Now, in American culture pasta is seen as something quick and easy from a box. In this class, we will get back to the roots of Italian cuisine by creating delicious fettuccini pasta and accompany it with a creamy classic Vodka Sauce made from scratch. All ingredients are easily available at local grocery stores or even in your own home right now so impressing your friends and family with your incredible pasta making skills has never been easier!
You will also learn to build your own cannoli, we’ll take crisp, pre-made Italian shells and focus on what truly makes a cannoli extraordinary: the fresh filling. You'll whip up a smooth, traditional sweet cream from scratch, customize your flavors with classic fold-ins like chocolate chips and master the proper piping technique to expertly fill each shell. Crisp on the outside, rich and creamy on the inside—you’ll leave with the skills (and the delicious results) to recreate this Italian favorite at home!
No experience needed! All ingredients and cooking equipment is provided for you so all that’s needed is a passion for food and a willingness to learn something new.

Chef Kimberley is a cooking instructor who believes some of the best conversations happen while people are gathered around a table or standing at a counter with flour on their clothes. Her love of food is closely connected to travel. Wherever she goes, Kimberley is drawn to the markets, neighborhood restaurants, family recipes and everyday dishes that reveal something about the people who live there. For her, food is one of the most enjoyable ways to learn about a culture and connect with new people, even when everyone does not speak the same language. Kimberley brings that same curiosity and sense of connection to her classes. Her teaching style is warm, relaxed and approachable, with plenty of encouragement and a little humor along the way. She wants guests to leave with practical skills, more confidence in the kitchen and the realization that homemade pasta does not have to look perfect to taste wonderful.
