Together, we’ll transform that fresh dough into three iconic Italian pastas:
Ravioli – soft, pillowy pockets ready to burst with flavor
Tortellini – charming little rings with a satisfying fold
Agnolotti – elegant, delicate shapes straight from the heart of Piemonte
Each pasta will be filled with rich, creamy ricotta cheese, then paired with a classic tomato ragù sauce that brings everything together in a harmony of fresh, comforting Italian flavors. By the end of the class, you’ll have mastered essential pasta-making techniques—and created a plateful of deliciousness you’ll be proud to share.
Chef Toni is recognized as a taste master and successful restaurateur. Her life has been dedicated to the preparation of food while at the same time teaching others about the importance of good nutrition.
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. BYOB is welcome. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+
