Homemade Pizza Party

This class can only accept bookings of 2 or more. If you are booking your class as a group please make the reservation under one name, as a full booking group.

Be transported to the streets of Napoli or even New York City as you learn how to master the art of Pizza making!

In this fun and interactive class you will learn how to master the impressive skill of making pizza from scratch! You will begin by learning a bit of pizza history including its early beginnings, regional pizza variations and how it has transformed into the styles of pizza we know today. Our Chef Instructor who was born and raised in NYC knows all of the tricks, and will guide you through a detailed demonstration, before you replicate how to make a your own dough, how to choose the right flour, basic kneading techniques and how to achieve the perfect crust. You will also make one ball of dough to take home. Pull it all together with your favorite classic toppings and enjoy your fresh and scratch made pizza!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Aprons will be provided for you to use throughout class. BYOB beer or wine is welcome.

Hailing from New York where he gained his culinary degree and training, Chef Scott has excellent experience working with some of the top chefs, restaurant groups, and catering companies and has recently relocated to Tampa. He now offers teaching classes and his culinary expertise around Tampa for a wide range of clients.

Guest requirement

BYOB is welcome. The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.

To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+.  Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price. Guests who are 21 and over are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
