Decadent Chocolate Truffles

Description

Join us for a fun and hands-on experience, exploring the sweet and wonderful world of chocolate!

In this beginner chocolate class, you will learn how to create fun and exciting combinations of chocolate truffles. Let your imagination run wild with the unlimited options that chocolate has to offer. Learn the best tips and tricks for making white, milk, and dark chocolate truffles. Our Pastry Chef Instructor will guide you step-by-step in the process of how to make ganache, roll and hand dip your chocolates. Choose from a variety of coatings and toppings to create your very own decadent dessert.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. Class is designed to be just as fun for the culinary enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step, as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Drinks will be available for purchase. Outside drinks are not allowed. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Outside drinks are not allowed.

Meet your chef instructor

I came to love baking and cooking after making a birthday cake for my dad. I attended the Le Cordon Bleu baking academy and graduated in Patisserie and Baking. One of my greatest joys outside of baking is to share it with others. I have worked in many bakeries as well as catering companies for over 12 years. I also had my own catering company specializing in wedding cakes

for 7 years. Baking aside, I also have a background in French, Italian, and

traditional Japanese Kaiseki cuisine.
