From rolling out fresh pasta dough to preparing a creamy ricotta-parmesan filling, Chef Rachel will guide you step-by-step in creating this Italian classic. You’ll also master simple folding techniques and finish your pasta with a homemade marinara sauce simmered with roasted tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil.

Make Your Own Ravioli:
Each guest will roll, fill, and shape their own batch of ravioli to enjoy during class. Kids and adults alike will love getting creative with the dough and learning pasta-making skills they can bring home to their own kitchens! Whether you’re planning a unique family outing, a fun date night, or just a delicious way to spend time together, this class blends hands-on learning with lively conversation and plenty of tasting. All tools and ingredients are provided!

No experience necessary!
This class is designed to be fun, interactive, and easy for all ages. Chef Rachel makes pasta approachable for beginners while still engaging for cooking enthusiasts. With your workstation fully prepped, all you need to do is show up ready to cook, taste, and have fun together.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking will work together by sharing ingredients and equipment.

With a lifelong passion for cooking, she is dedicated to helping others develop their culinary skills and deepen their appreciation for food. Chef Rachel’s professional experience spans a variety of culinary settings, including roles as a corporate chef for major tech companies like Facebook and Google. She has also honed her craft in fine dining restaurants and prestigious hotels. Her favorite cuisines to cook and share are Italian, Mexican, and French. As an instructor, Chef Rachel brings her expertise, enthusiasm, and love of cooking to every class, inspiring others to explore and enjoy the art of cuisine.

Guest requirement

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
