From mixing and shaping the dough to cooking your gnocchi to perfection, your chef instructor will guide you step-by-step through each essential technique—all while vibing to a curated R&B soundtrack.

Along the way, you’ll explore bold and unexpected flavor combinations, learning how harmony in cooking—just like music—comes from confident creativity.

What You’ll Make:

You’ll create homemade potato gnocchi from scratch and pair it with a series of Flavor Surprises designed to challenge expectations and spark curiosity. These thoughtfully crafted sauces play with sweet, savory, and spicy elements, inviting you to discover how unconventional pairings can come together in delicious harmony. This class offers a relaxed, hands-on experience that builds confidence in the kitchen while keeping things social, playful, and fun.

Our classes are casual, welcoming, and beginner-friendly—perfect for hands-on participants and those who prefer to observe or taste along the way. Your workstation will be fully prepped so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.

You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other guests in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks will be available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in so that class can begin on time. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. Classes are intended for 18+.

Cancellation policy
Reschedule request have to be made at least 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. Cancellations are not permitted and tickets are non-refundable.See terms and policy.
