This class takes place inside a commercial kitchen of a pizza restaurant for an authentic experience. You will be able to get "behind the scene" and experience what it's like to be a chef at a down-to-earth neighborhood joint. We source the freshest ingredients to let the flavors shine through in this simple yet impressive dish. We'll also go over our favorite resources in LA Area to find the ingredients and basic equipment you'll need for making your own pasta at home. .

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets in case you wish to recreate the dish on your own after the class. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore.
