My girlfriend and I had an awesome time taking the Intro to Sushi Class with Lex! He made everything super simple to learn and by your third and fourth rolls the process will feel like second nature. He made the experience memorable with funny anecdotes and helpful sushi tips, I’d highly recommend this for anyone looking for a fun date night! Team Jellyfish rules!

The whole experience to Chef Alex welcoming us at the door to saying goodbye as we left. The atmosphere was very relaxed and fun. I was part of “team shark” on our night. I was intimidated with making sushi and now learning from Chef Alex, it isn’t so bad! I felt very comfortable and he made the instructions very easy. We can’t wait to make it at home on our own. Thank you! Hope to try another class in the future!
