Are you ready to learn how to master the art of creating sushi rolls like a pro?
In this fun, hands-on, and energetic class, our expert Chef Instructor will take you through the art of making four tasty and unique sushi rolls with plant-based ingredients you may never have enjoyed in sushi before! This is the perfect class for those lovers of plants or anyone who simply doesn't eat fish or shellfish. There will be plenty of food and protein substitutions so you will leave the class fully satisfied.
During class you will create an Intro Roll (Avocado, Cucumber, and Japanese Red Pepper), a Green City Roll (Avocado Shell, Sesame Seaweed Salad, Cucumber), a Sweet and Crunchy Roll (Teriyaki Tofu, Japanese Radish, Cucumber, Sweet Potato Crunch), and a Tropical Fountain Roll (Grilled Pineapple, Cucumber, Papaya Salad, Pea Sprouts). This is a sushi class unlike any other you've ever taken before! You can be sure that only the freshest vegetables and ingredients will be used to take your sushi making game to new heights.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. You will be seated within your group and socially distanced from the other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. You are welcome to BYOB.
