Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat!
In this highly interactive and hands-on class, the Chef will let you in on tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. The Chef will also guide you through the art of making the sushi rice in a traditional way using a bamboo drum and a fan to cool it down, as well as showcase how to make beautiful cuts of fish. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - Tuna, Salmon, and California Roll. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match different ingredients to develop your own unique edition.
