I love to cook and am fairly adept in most cuisines but haven’t tackled sushi! Cregg was superb! He was extremely knowledgeable in so many aspects of cooking that went beyond sushi! The simple task of making sushi rice was an eye opener! I enjoyed the class so much that I’m going to sign up my two adult children! Thank you again for Cregg and the insightful experience!

The chef was awesome but the venue and entry process could use some work. Had to wait in line outside for quite a while then we all walked up the stairs at the same time which didn't really feel safe given there were 20 of us standing on this stairway. Then when they let us inside we were instructed to use the bathroom before going into the cooking room, which led to a very long line and was completely unnecessary given we could've gone later whenever we wanted since the cooking room ended up being just around the corner. Next time id recommend taking people into the cooking room first to have them set their stuff down then they can go wash their hands and use the restroom if they need to. Way less of a bottleneck and way less awkward standing around time in they empty waiting area.

The cooking class was a very enjoyable experience. Chef Green was very professional, knowledgable and inviting. Chef Green was very pleasant, engaging and patient with all of the individuals in the class. The products/ ingredients provided by Chef Green were of high quality and superior then most products usually used in a cooking class. We look forward to attending many more classes offered by Chef Green in the near future.

Chef Craig was phenomenal! Taking this sushi class for our date night was just what we needed. Not only were our rolls tasty but the amount of culinary education he gave to the whole class was worth every dollar! Would definitely book him for a private experience just to learn even more!

To summarize: It was really great. My previous attempt at making sushi was an abysmal failure. It turns out I knew nothing about what kind of rice to buy what ingredients to use how to cook the rice, the best knife to use, how to prepare the ingredients, roll and cut sushi and so much more. Now I do. Not only was Cregg a great and conscientious teacher, but the results were delicious. Now I'm ready to embark on my own. Highly recommended!

The experience was great. Chef Cregg created a fun and engaging atmosphere. He was patient and friendly. He shared “gems” with the class to empower us to make better choices with certain food purchases. “If you know, you know!” We have already recommended the class to others and can’t wait to take another class with him.
