Tiramisu is one of the most acclaimed Italian desserts. Lady fingers dipped in coffee and layered with a mixture of eggs, sugar & mascarpone cheese, and topped with cocoa are the key ingredients and flavors that make this dessert unlike any other.

Join Chef Michele, in her Cape Cod kitchen, while she takes you through the step-by-step process of making your very own tiramisu from scratch.

Invite your friends and family to join you for class so you can connect virtually and enjoy a fun time baking something delicious together, from scratch. The taste testing will surely be the best part!

No previous baking experience is required and all skill levels are welcome! But remember, baking is a science. So it's important to follow the recipe and have the ingredients measured out properly so that at the end of the class you'll be ready to sit down to the most delicious dessert. Then it's completely up to you if you feel like sharing!

You'll have the opportunity to interact with Chef Michele throughout the class and ask questions along the way. You will receive an email with the equipment and ingredients list. However, the main ingredients required to participate along with the chef in your own kitchen include: eggs, granulated sugar, confectioners sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, salt, mascarpone or cream cheese, heavy cream, strong coffee, brandy (or favorite liquor), and unsweetened cocoa powder. A stand mixer is recommended for this class, but an electric hand mixer will also work.

Chef Michele is a certified Culinarian and certified Wine and Spirits expert, having extensive experience as a Pastry Chef and Prep Chef. She received her Certified Culinarian and Prochef Certification from the Culinary Institute of America. Additionally, Chef Michele is a Wine Steward and Sommelier, receiving her Certified Wine and Spirits Expert Level 3 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition to these accolades, Chef Michele is a successful business owner and operator, having experience with several internet sales and services businesses. Chef Michele enjoys elegant entertaining, fishing, Cape Cod beach life and creating new and exciting culinary treats! She also thrives on sharing her culinary and wine knowledge with all!

Cancellation policy

I was watching “stealth” . We are at our lake house and bandwidth is limited. The tutorial and technique demonstrations were superb. I always just watch and take notes on the provided recipe and prepare the food item afterwards. Michelle was a tremendously wonderful guide to lead in this live tutorial. This was my first time every following along live as opposed to a recipe and because I had portioned out all of the ingredients and had them ready to go, along with the equipment, I was able to keep up with the tempo. I can't express how big a concern that was for me as cooking/baking while can turn out pretty good for me, takes forever and I seem to draw it out which is simply on me. Beyond the fact that I kept up, Michelle gave some wonderful tips that for me living in the altitude that comes with Colorado, I will be able to apply to every other baking experience. She adjusted to me personally for that reason and taught me a number of things. She is also very warm and fun in her overall disposition. I would absolutely take more cooking classes with Michelle, now that I trust that it can be rewarding, delightful, informative, fun and lest we forget, delicious results!

The class was super fun! I really appreciated the relaxed approach and how Michele always made sure everybody was following along and we could stop any time to ask questions. Also the fact that Michele provided alternatives in case we didn't have all the equipment or ingredients. One thing I found a bit difficult is that sometimes she'd instruct us to do the next step but continue explaining things, so it wasn't always clear to me whether it was ok for me to get away from the laptop to do the step or I needed to stay watching for more details before going about doing it. This didn't get in the way too much, but caused just a bit of confusion in the kitchen as I was sometimes unsure if I was ahead or behind. But other than that, 5/5 experience, so much fun! Made for a great anniversary gift :)
