Mixology 101: The Art of the Classic Cocktail

Description

Shake, stir, and sip your way through the classics in this hands-on cocktail experience.

Step behind the bar and discover the art of cocktail making in Mixology 101: The Art of the Classic Cocktail, a hands-on mixology class designed for beginners and enthusiasts alike. With expert guidance, you’ll learn to shake, stir, and pour like a pro while mastering the tools and techniques that bring cocktails to life.

The class begins with live demonstrations of four iconic cocktails—each showcasing a different style and method. You'll sample each one to explore their unique flavors: Old Fashioned, Margarita, Mojito, Martini. After tasting, you’ll team up with a partner and choose your two favorites to craft yourself. You’ll get hands-on practice with essential techniques like muddling, shaking, and layering—all while building confidence behind the bar.

Whether you’re a total beginner or just looking to level up your home bartending game, this interactive and fun experience will have you mixing with confidence.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.  Guests will work in groups of two throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment, but we are happy to seat you with your booking party if you are with a bigger group.  Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

Instructional and knowledgeable class to learn basic pillars for cocktail making. Nick also has great humor to keep it fun and light. We definitely think we can reciprocate these techniques for friends and families at parties.
